What We Believe

As Puritans we believe in Jesus as the promised Messiah. Belief in the resurrection of Jesus, repentance of our sins, and baptism is the cornerstone of our faith.

The tenants of our faith:

God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is the one and only true God who is the Father and creator of all;

Jesus is the promised Messiah to His people, the Israelites of the Jewish faith, who died on the cross at the Passover and resurrected on the third day: And, for those who believe in the resurrection shall have salvation through eternity in heaven with the Father and Christ Jesus, the Son of Man;

Eternal salvation, with the Holy Spirit, comes to us when we become born again at a time after we reach the age of reason and repent of our sins, accept Jesus as the Messiah acknowledging Him as our savior in the salvation in His resurrection, that we should be baptized in water as in the Spirit we were first baptized;

The Bible, is the God inspired truth of the salvation we have in Jesus: And, the holy scriptures, which comprises of the Torah, gospels, and Book of Revelation are the true and pure voice of God from heaven to man and God as man, Jesus on the earth. That portion of the Tanakh apart from the Torah, Acts of the Apostles and letters of the disciples serve as guidance to the Laws of God, the teaching of Jesus as evidence and support of the faith.

The praise and worship of our Father and the salvation we have in Jesus the Christ, shall be as if Jewish being gentiles grafted to the tree of Jesse, resembling the church both in the time of its establishment and in that pure form as plain as in the days of the Massachusetts Bay Colony and synagogue, to keep holy the Sabbath, all of the Commandments and instructions of the ordinances to the Laws of God. Amen!
